February 16, 2012 we will focus on managing the process of change and transformation.  The constellation process helps us define the key elements of a system and better understand the dynamics of the relationships between those elements. Drawing upon tacit knowledge, "what you don't know you know," new insights emerge that lead to opportunities for change and transformation.

The constellations in our previous meeting have had a profound impact on not only the issue holder, but also those who participated or observed the process. Dealing with difficult clients and managing our own reactions to the challenges they present were the focus of two constellations. The third dealt with a systemic issue that impacted the recuritment of staff for a business.

This month we will continue with the theme of exploring and freeing up new possibilities for professional and organizational success as a executive coach and/or a change management consultant.

Generally, participants in this SIG meeting come with either a question to explore around a professional goal or issue or a specific challenge facing an organization they work for or with. When we start with the professional issue or goal we may find, at some point, the source of the issue is related to a family-of-orgin dynamic that needs to addressed or at least acknowledged. We can, however, uncover useful insights without going too deeply into the personal nature of that work.

Organizational issues, however, are less personal in that sense and more focused on the relationship dynamics between groups, things or ideas as well as individuals.

Bring your workplace challenges and your dreams and goals for yourself and others to the workshop. Let's continue to make 2012 a time of thinking bigger and letting go of limiting mindsets and patterns.

****** PLEASE NOTE THIS MEETING IS IN THE AFTERNOON *****

For those interested we will go out for drinks/snacks afterwards. After the last meeting several of us had a great conversation over drinks at one of the local pubs just down the street.

All the best,

Harrison
